Marilyn started out in the aviation industry in 1989, bringing with her a wealth of industry experience. Her uniquely thoughtful approach to business development allowed Marilyn to identify areas of strength and improvement, quickly making a name for herself and rising in the rankings from General Manager to holding major sales roles. Prior to joining Aero Centers Marilyn held several leadership roles at the largest FBO companies in the world, most notably Regional Sales Manager for Signature Flight Support and Ross Aviation’s Director of Network Sales. In these roles, Marilyn was responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating network-wide customer development through comprehensive direct sales and marketing activities.
Marilyn is responsible for the full spectrum of sales solution activities that support Aero Centers customer partnerships and alliances globally. Marilyn is recognized for building teams that partner with operations to increase value through strategy formulation with increasing validity in business goals. Her distinctive background showcases her depth of insight in creating actionable and achievable strategies.
Marilyn also has a wide breadth of expertise. Marilyn is a lifelong learner who continuously keeps acquiring and practicing different skills, with the motto of “it’s never too late to start something”. She pursued her passion in dual mastership of education and medical degrees, holding a Masters of Family Therapy and a Bachelor of Science from Nova Southeastern University and The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Marilyn has a way of piecing together ideas from different arenas.
