DeKalb, GA – October 9, 2024 – SAR Trilogy Management, LLC (SAR-T), the holding company of the Aero Centers portfolio of fixed-base operations (FBOs), is pleased to announce the successful transfer and sale of its Maintenance Center related to Pilatus to Skytech, Inc. This strategic move ensures the continuation of high-quality Pilatus services under Skytech’s expert management.
Skytech, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Pilatus Aircraft Ltd will operate from the existing hangar at DeKalb-Peachtree Airport (PDK), maintaining the same comprehensive range of services previously offered by Aero Centers. Customers can expect seamless operations and continued excellence in maintenance for Pilatus aircraft, ensuring no disruption to their aviation needs.
