Lakeland, FL – August 1, 2025 — Aero Centers, a growing portfolio of full-service FBOs, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Sheltair FBO Lakeland facility located at Lakeland Linder International Airport (KLAL). This strategic addition complements Aero Centers’ existing FBO operations at KLAL and reinforces the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality services to general aviation and business jet customers throughout central Florida.
With the acquisition, Aero Centers’ total KLAL footprint now exceeds 30 acres and includes more than 125,000+ square feet of hangar and office space, offering significant development potential for expanded operations and future growth. The Sheltair LAL facility, originally developed by Sheltair, adds valuable infrastructure, location advantages, and a full suite of services for flight crews and passengers. Situated between Tampa and Orlando, the FBO is a preferred stop for both business and leisure aviation traffic.
