2. What characteristics or experience make you a perfect candidate
3. Compensation expectations for the role.

We will review submissions and provide initial feedback to candidates. Candidates that we believe have a similar culture orientation, vision of a full service FBO, and experience will then participate in a phone discussion to ensure alignment. Once alignment is confirmed we will hold face to face discussions.
