Sharyar Aziz, an accomplished financial leader with a distinguished career in mergers and acquisitions, currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Aero Centers, a fixed-base operators (FBO) business under SAR Trilogy Management, LLC. In this capacity, he is responsible for steering the financial, accounting, information technology, and procurement functions of the business. Reporting directly to SAR Trilogy Management’s co-CEOs, S. Michael Scheeringa and Sanjay Aggarwal, he contributes his remarkable M&A expertise and visionary financial leadership to the team.

Before his role at Aero Centers, Mr. Aziz had a significant career at Atlantic Aviation, one of the top networks of FBOs in North America. His tenure there followed the 2022 merger of Atlantic Aviation with Ross Aviation. His strategic acumen was instrumental in leading Ross Aviation’s M&A efforts. Prior to his involvement in the aviation industry, Mr. Aziz served at Moelis & Co., a global independent investment bank. His career journey began at GE Capital, where he was part of their Financial Management Program (FMP).
In addition to his extensive professional experience, Mr. Aziz is an alumnus of two prestigious institutions. He earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BA from Yale University.
